Pet Sitting Services When you're out of town, we are here to take care of your home-alone pets. Tailored to your pet's needs, pet sitting includes exercise (walks or playtime depending on the pet), feeding, watering, cat box cleaning, treats (at your discretion), and lots of TLC.  We will keep your pet(s) on their regular schedules and diet.  We care for any type of pet including hamsters, fish, birds, rabbits, ferrets, chickens, goats....the list goes on. We will also bring in the mail/newspapers/packages, rotate lights, open/close curtains or blinds, and water plants.  Our visits last a minimum of 30 minutes and can be provided at any time of the day you prefer - morning, midday and evening. Does your pet require medications daily or several times a day?  Please make sure you discuss all of your pet's needs with us during the initial visit. Some pet sitters charge extra for medicating pets - we don't. We see no reason owners with geriatric or special needs pets should be penalized for trying to keep their pet(s) happy and healthy. The remainder is due 14 days after last visit (invoice will be left on last visit date). All late payments are subject to a 2% late fee per month late.  Refunds and Cancellation Policy   Service: When Canceled Refund: Pet Care Visits Over holidays No refunds unless Gotta Go Out is informed (by telephone) of cancellation at least 7 days in advance.   0 - 48 hours no refund, payment in full charged.   2 - 5 days 20% of service fees will be charged.   6 or more days Full refund, no charges will be billed.
